PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within 2 - 5 business days after your full payment has been received. Shipment time will be between 2 - 7 business days depending on your physical address. The total wait time after you place your order will be between 4 - 12 business days. If you are paying by certified check or money order, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to clear. Shipping time and cost vary depending on location, and product ordered. If you are local, and would like to save on shipping costs, we offer a Warehouse Pickup Option; for this option, a handling charge will be applied. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

100% Money back guarantee for defective items. Defective items or missing parts must be reported within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of packages. Returns and exchanges for any other reasons will not be accepted. Due to the size of our items, returns and exchanges for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for return shipment.

WARRANTY

Blackworks guarantees that all grooming tables include a lifetime warranty on the frame, two year warranty on electrical parts, and one year warranty on hydraulic parts. All warranties include replacements parts, and do not include labor charges. Our warranty does not cover pet damage or accidents, improper setup or normal wear and tear.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations on orders are accepted without penalty before the close of business on the day purchased. A 3% processing fee penalty will be charged for all cancellations after the day of purchase.

SALES TAX

Unless otherwise noted, items are subject to sales tax in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV and WY. In states imposing sales/use taxes, your purchase is not exempt from taxation solely because it was made online.
